Why Interac instead of a credit card
Interac e-Transfer runs on the Canadian banking system. The money goes from your chequing account to the recipient’s Canadian account through your bank’s own app, and nobody sees your card details. For a subscription service, that has three advantages:
- No card on file, so nothing can renew by itself. You pay once for the plan you chose. When it ends, it ends.
- No foreign exchange fee. Prices are in CAD and stay in CAD. Card payments to overseas processors often add 2.5% and a surprise USD conversion.
- A Canadian counterpart. Any business accepting Interac holds a Canadian bank account that a bank has verified. That is a higher bar than an anonymous crypto wallet.
How to send the payment, bank by bank
The steps are almost identical in every Canadian bank app:
- Open your banking app and choose Send money or Interac e-Transfer.
- Add a recipient using the email address shown on our checkout page. Name the contact whatever you like.
- Enter the exact amount shown at checkout, for example $79.00 for a 12-month, 1-device plan.
- In the message or memo, type your order number. This is how we match your payment to your account.
- Confirm. If your bank asks for a security question, the recipient uses Autodeposit and no question is required; if the field is mandatory, use any question and answer.

Daily limits
Most Canadian banks allow $3,000 per day by e-Transfer, and some default to $1,000 for new recipients. Every plan on our site is under those limits, including the 5-device 12-month plan and reseller credit packs.
What happens after you pay
- Your bank sends the transfer; with Autodeposit it clears in seconds to a few minutes.
- We match the payment to your order number and create your login.
- You receive an email with your server URL, username, password and M3U link, plus a link to the installation guide for your device.
- Orders are activated 7 days a week, 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern. A payment sent at 1 a.m. is activated first thing in the morning.
Common questions from first-time customers
The recipient name in my bank app is different from the site name. The payment processor for Best IPTV Canadian is shown at checkout and is the name your bank displays. That is normal for small businesses that use a processing company.
I sent the wrong amount. Email us with the order number and the amount sent. We either apply the difference to a shorter plan or ask you to send the balance.
I forgot the memo. Reply to your order confirmation email with the time and amount of the transfer and we match it manually.

Questions about this topic
Is it safe to pay for IPTV with Interac e-Transfer?
Yes. Interac e-Transfer moves money between Canadian bank accounts, so the provider must have a Canadian bank account and identity on file with a bank. You never share a card number, and there is no foreign exchange fee.
How long until I get my login after paying by Interac?
Most e-Transfers arrive within minutes, and we activate orders 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern Time. A payment sent at night is activated first thing in the morning.
Do I need to answer a security question?
Only if your bank requires one and the recipient is not registered for Autodeposit. Our payment address uses Autodeposit, so the transfer completes automatically with no question.
