Terms and general conditions

1. The service

Best IPTV Canadian provides access credentials, a program guide, setup guides and technical support for an IPTV service delivered over the internet. Streams are provided by third-party services. We do not host, upload or store video content. See the legal disclaimer.

2. Plans, prices and payment

• Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from activation. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown on the pricing page.
• Payment is by Interac e-Transfer, sent once. There is no contract and nothing renews automatically. A plan ends at the end of its term unless you renew it.
• Your login is created after we match your payment to your order number. Activation happens 7 days a week, 9 a.m. to midnight (Eastern Time).

3. Devices and simultaneous streams

The device count you choose is the number of streams that can play at the same time on one login. You may install the app on more devices. Sharing a login outside your household, or reselling it, is not allowed unless you are an approved reseller.

4. Free trial

One free trial per household. Trial logins last 24 hours from creation and may be refused or ended if abuse is suspected.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for public exhibition, commercial redistribution, or in a way that breaks the laws of your province or country. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime and run backup streams on busy channels, but channel lineups and third-party sources can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or program will be available at any given time.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds follow our refund policy and cancellations follow our order cancellation policy.

8. Reseller program

Resellers buy credits and are responsible for their own customers, pricing and first-line support. Credits are not refundable once used. Resellers must follow these terms and our legal disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for content provided by third parties.

10. Privacy

We handle your data as described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the service is operated. Questions: [email protected].
