DMCA and copyright notice

Our role

Best IPTV Canadian does not host, upload or store any video content. Streams are provided by third-party services. We act as a service provider for access and technical support. When we receive a valid notice identifying content available through a third-party source, we forward it to that source and, where we can, remove the reference from our guide.

What a valid notice must include

1. Your contact information

Your full name, the name of the rights holder you represent, a mailing address, a phone number and an email address.

2. Description of the copyrighted work

The title and a description of the work you claim is infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved.

3. Location of the alleged infringing material

The channel name, the program, the date and time, and the URL or app where you saw it, with enough detail for us to locate it.

4. Required legal statements

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

5. Your signature

A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA notice", or use the form on this page. We acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with the same contact details, a description of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
