Troubleshooting: IPTV Canada guides

Fixes for buffering, login errors, missing TV guide data, black screens and other common IPTV problems.

About troubleshooting

Most IPTV problems have simple causes: a weak Wi-Fi signal, an app that needs its cache cleared, a login typed with a small mistake, or a device that has not been restarted in weeks. The troubleshooting guides in this section start with the fixes that solve the most problems in the least time, then work down to the rarer causes, with the exact settings to change in apps such as IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate.

If a stream buffers only in the evening, the cause is often congestion on your home network or at your internet provider, and a wired connection usually fixes it. If one channel fails everywhere, the problem is that stream, and a backup version of the channel is often available. When a fix does not work, contact support with your username, device, app, and the channel name and time of the problem, so we can check it from our side. Device-specific steps are in the installation guide.
